Our Restaurant

Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Minneapolis/St. Paul boasts an on-campus, student-run restaurant, the Minnesota Room, designed to give students real-world experience in the food service industry.

A full-service, fine-dining establishment open for lunch and dinner, the Minnesota Room serves classical French cuisine at an incredible value.

As part of the Restaurant Practical, students can put their newly acquired culinary skills to the test and gain real restaurant experience, working both the front and the back of the house, and spending time at each of the various kitchen stations: hot, cold, pastry, prep, etc.

They also serve as the dining room supervisor and the beverage steward and learn the finer points of restaurant marketing and management.
